Moringa Oleifera Is Very Nutritious
The leaves are the most nutritious part of the plant, providing a significant source of B vitamins, vitamin C, pro vitamin A as well as beta-carotene, vitamin K, manganese, and protein. One study in women found that taking 1.5 teaspoons (7 grams) of moringa leaf powder every day for three months significantly increased blood antioxidant levels.
